We want you to love your new outfit, but if it's not quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original condition with all tags attached and hygiene seals in place.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Select whether you would like an exchange for a different size or a store credit to use on your next Beginning Boutique purchase.
Package and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items, and drop the parcel off at your nearest Australia Post location.
Processing and Credit
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
